Our commitment
Leak Seekers wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this website and get help with a water leak. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
What we've done
- Clear headings and page landmarks so screen readers can move around each page easily
- A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page
- Every feature works with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator
- Text and buttons meet WCAG color-contrast requirements
- Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images
- Every phone number is a tap-to-call link with a clear, descriptive label
- Pages that resize and reflow on phones and when zoomed to 400%
- Animations are reduced for visitors who request reduced motion
